All services have new split pins, axle grease and lubricants for the service charged extra dependent on type of axle and suspension set up.

All additional parts or repairs are chargeable extras.

 

 

What's included in each service.

 

BRAKES AND BEARING SERVICES

  • Remove wheels, disassemble brake hubs, clean and visual inspection of bearings and seals, repack with new grease, refit and adjust wheel bearings.
  • Visual inspection of brake components and friction materials including magnets where fitted. Adjust brake shoes where fitted and electrical test for correct operation.
  • Adjust park brake where fitted.
  • Check tyre age, condition and pressures, grease grease points for springs and shackles and coupling.

FULL SERVICE - 50 Point Service & Safety Inspection with written report

 

Full service includes all items from Brakes and Bearings service, plus.

  • Gas leak test pigtails and bottles,
  • Lubricate corner steadies, lubricate and test awning where fitted, lubricate roof/canopy lifters and check gas springs/struts,
  • Check operation of all appliances including range hood, fridge, air conditioner, heater, audio system where fitted,
  • Check all cupboards, locks and catches, lubricate locks, open and test all windows,
  • Lubricate windup antenna where fitted, visual inspection of exterior seals and sealant,
  • Battery & 12v test and report, solar test if fitted, interior and exterior 12V lighting test,
  • Check anode in HWS where fitted, 
  • 240v test, test RCD,
  • Inspect plumbing, water pump and mains pressure test, check tank gauges, check toilet operation where fitted, smoke alarm test and
  • Written report.
