Note - All services* listed in the above schedule will require new split pins and/or hub locking nuts, axle grease, hub seals and lubricants for the service and an environmental waste fee to dispose of greasy rags, hub cleaning chemical recycling etc which are charged in addition to the fee displayed. These additions will vary in price dependent on the style and type of suspension, brake hubs and set up of your actual caravan. Please speak to our Service team at check in if you have a question about these additional fees once we have had a chance to see the exact set up of your caravan. Any additional parts or repairs needed are chargeable and will be itemized on your final invoice. (You will usually be quoted for additional work before the works are commenced unless the required work would render the vehicle unsafe, AND, immobilized in our workshop) *Excludes motorhomes |

What's included in each service.
BRAKES AND BEARING SERVICES
- Remove wheels, disassemble brake hubs, clean and visual inspection of bearings and seals, repack with new grease, refit and adjust wheel bearings.
- Visual inspection of brake components and friction materials including magnets where fitted. Adjust brake shoes where fitted and electrical test for correct operation.
- Adjust park brake where fitted.
- Check tyre age, condition and pressures, grease grease points for springs and shackles and coupling.
FULL SERVICE RV SERVICE SAFE COMPREHENSIVE INSPECTION WITH
50 Point Service & Safety Inspection with written report
Full service includes all items from Brakes and Bearings service, plus.
- Gas leak test pigtails and bottles,
- Lubricate corner steadies, lubricate and test awning where fitted, lubricate roof/canopy lifters and check gas springs/struts,
- Check operation of all appliances including range hood, fridge, air conditioner, heater, audio system where fitted,
- Check all cupboards, locks and catches, lubricate locks, open and test all windows,
- Lubricate windup antenna where fitted, visual inspection of exterior seals and sealant,
- Battery & 12v test and report, solar test if fitted, interior and exterior 12V lighting test,
- Check anode in HWS where fitted,
- 240v test, test RCD,
- Inspect plumbing, water pump and mains pressure test, check tank gauges, check toilet operation where fitted, smoke alarm test and
- Inspection for water ingress
- Written report.

*On-site service has a surcharge of $145. Pick Up / Delivery Fee is $125.00 each way within 10klm of Rosebud, $145.00 each way over 10klm up to maximum 30klm.
All diagnosis jobs incur a minimum .5 hr labour charge when performed in conjunction with a regular/scheduled or RV Service Safe Comprehensive inspection.
All stand alone diagnosis jobs incur a minimum 1hr labour charge.
We can conduct repairs for you under warranty however, the fees involved in carrying out the repairs must be paid in full by the vehicle owner or we must have received cleared funds from the 3rd party before the caravan can be released back to the owner under the repairers lien.
